Prophecy and the Fundamentalist Quest By Dr. Farzana Hassan Dr. Farzana Hassan, Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership (EdD) ’10, explores the origins of apocalyptic prophecy in Christianity and Islam through an examination of religious texts in her book Prophecy and the Fundamentalist Quest. In addition, Dr. Hassan provides an analysis of current world politics, including the Iraq war within the context of Christian and Islamic prophecy. Dr. Hassan is an author and freelance writer based in Toronto, Canada.
